Hueter Toledo

Hueter Manufacturing was formed in 1967 in Toledo, Ohio by Otto and Bill Hueter producing plastic molded products such as picture frames, golf bag tags, swizzle sticks, and nameplates for industrial equipment. Emme Stiles joined the company in 1968. Huron Products began in Bellevue in 1969. Co-founded by Don Pierce and Paul Baisch, they developed and manufactured doll parts, coin banks for Savings and Loan institutions, and pet items such as squeaky toys and the Doggie Dooley (the in-ground pet waste septic tank for dog waste). Don Pierce and Emme Stiles married in the mid 1980's and the two merged their businesses in the Bellevue location in June 1986. Privately held and family owned, today, the company operates as Hueter Toledo, Inc in Bellevue, Ohio manufacturing a variety of plastic products in their 42,000 sq foot facility.
