For custom logos or brands, a one-time $40 setup fee will be assessed. To include this fee, simply add item # ZZ-NJ to your cart. Please note that all Special Order Tags ship directly from the manufacturer and will have a single $15.00 manufacturer shipping charge per order. In case your order shows multiple shipping fees (multiples of $15), our team will manually correct them before placing the order with the manufacturer.
